What do you mean by ``Resources``?
By the word “Resources” we mean Designer(s), Programmer(s) or other specialist(s) that are allocated to you.
Why do you have price ranges instead of having a single fixed price?
The costs that we incur for any resource differ based on Education, Experience, Expertise and Area of Work. This is why there is a fixed price range. For example, the costs that we incur for employing an entry level PHP engineer is significantly lower than the cost incurred in employing a post-graduate engineer with five years of experience.
How can I utilize this service for my project?
Assuming that you have an application development project that has been estimated at 1000 hours. You can then hire 2 programmers for 3 months and one designer on hourly basis. This will not only give you a great flexibility but also generate an additional savings.
Are these people freelancers or contractors?
No. Each resource is a full-time employee of TECHVION® or one of our partners. They are bound by contract to follow the company’s policies regarding honoring client’s Intellectual Property Right, Security Practices, Generally accepted Code of Conduct and any other aspects that may affect the work.
What is Supplemental Staffing?
In this model you can hire our resource(s) from us at fixed monthly cost and treat them as your own extended employees. They are managed directly by you or the project manager at your end or on our end and ensure maximum efficiency, cost savings and control over the operations. Here is how it works:
- Each assigned individual works for you for approx. 20 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 160 hours of work effort.
- All the project management control lies with you or with us at your discretion.
- The communication between yourself and the resource can be handled through Email, Chat and/or Phone.
- The work is carried on between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon – Fri) at our development center.
- The invoices are sent to you monthly. Payment needs to be made within 7 days of invoice receipt.
- The bill is reduced proportionally if the number of work days is less than 20 during any given month e.g. if a resource works only for 10 days then you have to pay only half of the fees.
- If the number of work days is more than 20 for any given month then the billing is increased proportionally e.g. if you get 22 work days between 1 – 31 of any month then you pay 110% for that month
- No deduction is made if the resource has delivered 176 hours in any given month.
What is Part-time Hiring?
This model is same as full-time hiring but in this case the resource is allocated for 80 hours in a month. Here is how it works:
- Each assigned individual works for you for 20 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 80 hours of production.
- All the project management control lies with you or with us at your discretion.
- The communication between yourself and the resource can be handled through Email, Chat and/or Phone.
- The work is carried on between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon – Fri) at our development center.
- The invoice is sent to you monthly. Payment needs to be made within 7 days of invoice date.
What is Hourly Hiring?
This is a “pay-as-you-go” model in which you need to pay on hourly basis.
How do I Test your services?
The best way to test drive our service is to hire a resource for part-time basis or buy 10 hours of services.
What methods of Payments do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal, Wire Transfer, Western Union and Checks. Our account manager will give you exact details of each of these methods.
Can I hire more than one resource?
Yes. You can hire more than one resource.
Can you provide references?
Yes. We can provide references in USA.
What if I do not like the resource?
If you are unhappy with the resource, you can notify us and we will take immediate steps to take him off your projects and we will also provide you with a replacement ASAP.
What happens when the resource leaves your organization?
We have a policy requiring 30 days of notice and in that time frame we will do extensive knowledge transfer and will provide a replacement. Moreover, the project manager at our end will ensure that your operations are not affected by such activities.
Are there any additional costs?
There is no additional costs expect for what has been specified on the website.
Can I switch between billing models?
There is always room for flexibility and open discussions and we can easily accommodate requests to change billing models.
How do I get daily updates?
The daily updates are given to you by the resource directly through emails and the work is uploaded to your or our demo server directly at the end of each day.
What are my rights regarding Intellectual Property?
We give you the sole ownership of source code, intellectual property, copyright etc.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes.
Is there any set-up fees?
